Article 8 Agreement

1.
On the basis of the criteria provided for in this Regulation and in the call for proposals, the Commission shall draw up a list of beneficiaries of Community financing and the amounts to be awarded.
2.
The rights and obligations resulting from the Commission decision to award a grant shall be the subject of an agreement between the Commission and the beneficiaries.
