The procedures governing the award of contracts shall be indicated in the financing agreements.
2.
Where financial assistance is granted by means of budgetary support, the procedures for public procurement of the OCTs in question shall apply.
3.
In all other cases, award of contract shall follow the applicable provisions of the Financial Regulation applicable to the 10th EDF.
