# Council Regulation (EC) No 2368/2002 of 20 December 2002 implementing the Kimberley Process certification scheme for the international trade in rough diamonds, Article 28

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall apply:
(a)within the United Kingdom, including its airspace, or on board any aircraft or any vessel under the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom;
(b)to any national of the United Kingdom, and to any legal person, entity, or body which is incorporated or constituted under the law of the United Kingdom.
