Article 94 Obligation of the design courtF1
United Kingdom
A design court which is dealing with an action relating to a F2supplementary unregistered design other than the actions referred to in Article 81 shall treat the design as valid. Articles 85(2) and 90(2) shall, however, apply mutatis mutandis.
