  "text": "In the case of tomatoes, for the purposes of Article 10 and Article 12(1) the parcel identification system shall be the one referred to in Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 3508/92. Areas are to be declared in hectares to two decimal places. Article 22 of Regulation (EEC) No 2419/2001 shall apply for the purposes of determining the area of plots during checks as provided for in Article 31 of this Regulation.\nIn the case of peaches and pears, the parcel references shall be the land registry references or any other reference recognised as equivalent by the inspection agency.",
