  "text": "1. Amounts recovered and interest due pursuant to this Chapter shall be paid to the competent paying agency and deducted from expenditure financed by the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund.\n2. The interest rate to be applied shall be calculated in accordance with national law, and shall not be lower than the interest rate generally applicable to recovery under the national rules.",
