  "text": "1. This Section shall apply to:\n(a) GMOs for food use;\n(b) food containing or consisting of GMOs;\n(c) food produced from or containing ingredients produced from GMOs.\n2. Where necessary, the appropriate authority may prescribe measures designed to amend non-essential elements of this Regulation by supplementing it and determining whether a type of food falls within the scope of this Section.",
