# Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 September 2003 on genetically modified food and feed (Text with EEA relevance), Article 49: Entry into force

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply from six months after the date of publication of this Regulation.
