# Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 relating to fertilisers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 13: Tolerances

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The nutrient content of UK fertilisers shall comply with the tolerances established in Annex II, which are intended to allow for deviations in manufacture, sampling and analysis.
2. The manufacturer shall not take systematic advantage of the tolerances given in Annex II.
3. No tolerances are allowed in respect of the minimum and maximum contents specified in Annex I.
