A fertiliser belonging to a type of fertilisers listed in Annex I and complying with the conditions laid down in this Regulation, may be designated ‘UK fertiliser’.
The designation ‘UK fertiliser’ shall not be used for a fertiliser which does not comply with this Regulation.
