# Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 October 2003 relating to fertilisers (Text with EEA relevance), Article 7: Identification

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The manufacturer shall provide UK fertilisers with the identification markings listed in Article 9.
2. If the fertilisers are packed, these identification markings shall appear on the packages or labels attached. If the fertilisers are in bulk, these markings shall appear on the accompanying documents.
