# Regulation (EC) No 2160/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 November 2003 on the control of salmonella and other specified food-borne zoonotic agents, Article 18: Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply as from six months following its entry into force.
