F21 .

A tariff quota is hereby opened for the import of 307 105 tonnes of barley falling under CN code 1003 (order number 09.4126).

The tariff quota shall be opened on 1 January each year. Duties on imports within the tariff quota shall be levied at a rate of EUR 16 per tonne.

Article 10(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1784/2003 shall apply to imports of the products referred to in this Regulation in excess of the quantity provided for in paragraph 1 of this Article.

Commission Regulations (EC) Nos 1291/2000, 1342/2003 and 1301/2006 ^f1 shall apply, save as otherwise provided for in this Regulation.
