  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 246/2003\nof 10 February 2003\nadopting the programme of ad hoc modules, covering the years 2004 to 2006, to the labour force sample survey provided by Council Regulation (EC) No 577/98\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 577/98 of 9 March 1998 on the organisation of a labour force sample survey in the Community, as last amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No 2104/2002, and in particular Article 4(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn accordance with Regulation (EC) No 577/98, it is necessary to specify the elements of the programme of ad hoc modules covering the years 2004 to 2006.\n(2)\nSpecific statistical information is needed by the Member States and the Commission to develop appropriate policy measures in the domains of modernising the work organisation, the reconciliation of work and family life and active ageing.\n(3)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Statistical Programme Committee,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
