Article 10

The competent authority shall inform applicants of the outcome of the approval procedure before 21 June 2003 and shall, at the same time, send a list to the Commission containing the name and address of each approved operator.

Where it is subsequently established that the approval was based upon forged or fraudulent documentation, it shall be withdrawn together with any advantage already granted on the basis of it.
