  "text": "1. Imports of the quantities allocated shall be subject to presentation of one or more import licences.\n2. Licence applications may be lodged solely in the Member State where the applicant has applied and obtained import rights under subquota I.\nEach issuing of import license shall result in a corresponding reduction of the import rights obtained.\n3.
