  "text": "Council Decision 77/795/EEC of 12 December 1977 establishing a common procedure for the exchange of information on the quality of surface fresh water in the Community .\nArticle 7(2) shall be deleted.\nArticle 8 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘Article 8 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the committee for the adaptation of this Decision to technical progress.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n3. The committee shall adopt its rules procedure.’",
