  "text": "Council Directive 85/511/EEC of 18 November 1985 introducing Community measures for the control of foot-and-mouth disease .\nArticles 16 and 17 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘Article 16 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health set up by Article 58 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 .\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at fifteen days.\n3. The committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.\nArticle 17 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.’",
