  "text": "Council Directive 86/594/EEC of 1 December 1986 on airborne noise emitted by household appliances .\nArticle 9(2) shall be replaced by the following:\n‘2. With regard to the national standards and technical regulations referred to in Article 8(2), Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n3. The committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.’",
