  "text": "Council Regulation (EEC) No 2309/93 of 22 July 1993 laying down Community procedures for the authorisation and suspension of medicinal products for human and veterinary use and establishing a European Agency for the Evaluation of Medicinal Products .\nArticles 72 and 73 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘Article 72 1. The Commission shall be assisted by:\nthe Standing Committee on Medicinal Products for Human Use, in the case of matters relating to medicinal products for human use, and\nthe Standing Committee on Veterinary Medicinal Products, in the case of matters relating to veterinary medicinal products.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n3. The committees shall adopt their rules of procedure.\nArticle 73 1. The Commission shall be assisted by:\nthe Standing Committee on Medicinal Products for Human Use, in the case of matters relating to medicinal products for human use, and\nthe Standing Committee on Veterinary Medicinal Products, in the case of matters relating to veterinary medicinal products.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Article 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.’",
