  "text": "Council Directive 72/462/EEC of 12 December 1972 on health and veterinary inspection problems upon importation of bovine, ovine and caprine animals and swine, fresh meat or meat products from third countries .\nArticles 29 and 30 shall be replaced by the following:\n‘Article 29 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health set up by Article 58 of Regulation (EC) No 178/2002 .\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n3. The committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.\nArticle 30 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Standing Committee on the Food Chain and Animal Health.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at fifteen days.’",
