  "text": "Council Directive 73/404/EEC of 22 November 1973 on the approximation of the laws of the Member States relating to detergents .\nArticle 7a(2) shall be deleted.\nArticle 7b shall be replaced by the following:\n‘Article 7b 1. The Commission shall be assisted by the Commitee for the adaptation to technical progress of Directives for removing technical barriers to trade in the detergents sector.\n2. Where reference is made to this Article, Articles 5 and 7 of Decision 1999/468/EC shall apply.\nThe period laid down in Article 5(6) of Decision 1999/468/EC shall be set at three months.\n3. The committee shall adopt its rules of procedure.’",
