# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1092/2004 of 10 June 2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003 as regards the determination of categories of rice within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
It shall apply to licences issued from 1 April 2004.
