  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1092/2004\nof 10 June 2004\namending Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003 as regards the determination of categories of rice within the meaning of Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 3072/95 of 22 December 1995 on the common organisation of the market in rice, and in particular Article 9(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nArticle 14 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1291/2000 of 9 June 2000 laying down common detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences and advance fixing certificates for agricultural products provides for the possibility of determining categories of products for applications for licences and licences with advance fixing of the refund.\n(2)\nIn order to allow for more flexibility in the management of export refunds for rice, categories of rice should be determined.\n(3)\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003 of 28 July 2003 laying down special detailed rules for the application of the system of import and export licences for cereals and rice should therefore be amended.\n(4)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Cereals,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
