  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1112/2004\nof 14 June 2004\namending Regulation (EC) No 1096/2004 fixing the export refunds in the milk and milk products sector\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organization of the market in milk and milk products, and in particular Article 31(3) thereof,\nWhereas:\nCommission Regulation (EC) No 1096/2004 sets export refunds on products in the milk and milk products sector. A check has shown that its Annex is not consistent with the measures presented for an opinion to the management committee; therefore, the Regulation should be corrected,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
