# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1118/2004 of 16 June 2004 adapting several regulations concerning the beef and veal sector by reason of the accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia to the European Union, Article 12

The second subparagraph of Article 3(2) of Regulation (EC) No 2234/2003 is replaced by the following:
