  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1279/98 is amended as follows:\n1.. the title is replaced by the following:\n‘Commission Regulation (EC) No 1279/98 of 19 June 1998 laying down detailed rules for applying the tariff quotas for beef and veal provided for in Council Decisions 2003/286/EC and 2003/18/EC for Bulgaria and Romania’;\n2.. the first subparagraph of Article 1 is replaced by the following:\n‘Import licences shall be presented for imports into the Community of the products listed in Annex I hereto under the quotas provided for in Council Decisions 2003/286/EC and 2003/18/EC for Bulgaria and Romania.’;\n3.. Article 3(1) is amended as follows:\n(a) the second subparagraph of point (c) is replaced by the following:\n‘Group of products within the meaning of point (c) shall mean:\neither products falling within CN codes 0201 or 0202 originating in one of the countries listed in Annex I,\nor products falling within CN codes 0206 10 95, 0206 29 91, 0210 20 or 0210 99 51 originating in Romania,\nor products falling within CN code 1602 50 originating in Romania’;\n(b) point (e) is replaced by the following:\n(e) ‘box 20 of licence applications and licences shall show at least one of the following:\nReglamento (CE) no 1279/98\nNařízení (ES) č. 1279/98\nForordning (EF) nr. 1279/98\nVerordnung (EG) Nr. 1279/98\nMäärus (EÜ) nr 1279/98\nΚανονισμός (ΕΚ) αριθ. 1279/98\nRegulation (EC) No 1279/98\nRèglement (CE) no 1279/98\nRegolamento (CE) n. 1279/98\nRegula (EK) Nr. 1279/98\nReglamentas (EB) Nr. 1279/98\n1279/98/EK rendelet\nRegolament (KE) Nru 1279/98\nVerordening (EG) nr. 1279/98\nRozporządzenie (WE) nr 1279/98\nRegulamento (CE) n.o 1279/98\nNariadenie (ES) č. 1279/98\nUredba (ES) št. 1279/98\nAsetus (EY) N:o 1279/98\nFörordning (EG) nr 1279/98’;\n4.. in article 3(2), second indent, the CN codes 0210 99 59 and 0210 99 90 are deleted;\n5..
