# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1185/2004 of 25 June 2004 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of rye held by the German intervention agency, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The invitation to tender shall cover a maximum of 1 000 000 tonnes of rye for export to third countries.
2. The regions in which the 1 000 000 tonnes of rye are stored are set out in Annex I.
