  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1231/2004\nof 1 July 2004\namending Regulation (EC) No 2659/94 on detailed rules for the granting of private storage aid for Grana padano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Provolone cheeses\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EC) No 1255/1999 of 17 May 1999 on the common organisation of the market in milk and milk products, and in particular Article 10(b) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nArticle 6(1) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 2659/94 lays down the amounts of private storage aid for Grana padano, Parmigiano-Reggiano and Provolone cheeses. In order to take account of the development in storage costs and of market price forecasts, it is necessary to amend those amounts.\n(2)\nRegulation (EC) No 2659/94 should be amended accordingly.\n(3)\nThe Management Committee for Milk and Milk Products has not delivered an opinion within the time limit set by its chairman,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
