Article 9 Communications

Not later than the 10th of each month, Member States shall report, for the month preceding the communication:

1. (a)

   the quantities of the following cheeses under contract at the beginning of the month in question:

   • long-keeping cheeses,

   • Pecorino Romano,

   • Kefalotyri and Kasseri;

2. (b)

   the quantities of cheeses for which storage contracts were concluded during the month in question, broken down by the categories listed in point (a);

3. (c)

   the quantities of cheeses for which storage contracts expired during the month in question, broken down by the categories listed in point (a);

4. (d)

   the quantities of cheeses under contract at the end of the month in question, broken down by the categories listed in point (a).
