Article 2

The anti-dumping duty hereby imposed shall also be levied retroactively on imports of the product concerned which have been registered pursuant to Article 3 of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1225/2003.

Unless otherwise specified, the provisions in force concerning customs duties shall apply.
