# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1389/2004 of 30 July 2004 amending, as regards production potential, Regulation (EC) No 1227/2000 laying down detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 on the common organisation of the market in wine, Article 1

Article 2(1a) of Regulation (EC) No 1227/2000 is hereby replaced by the following:
‘1a. The deadline laid down in Article 2(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999 shall be postponed to 31 July 2005.’
