# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1410/2004 of 2 August 2004 amending Regulation (EC) No 1185/2004 opening a standing invitation to tender for the export of rye held by the German intervention agency, Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Point 1 of Article 1 shall apply from 1 July 2004.
