  "text": "Description of the goods\nClassification(CN code)\nReasons\n(1)\n(2)\n(3)\nEye-care product (ophthalmic solution) composed of the following ingredients:\nActive Ingredient: Polyvinyl alcohol (lubricant) 1,4 %,\nOther ingredients:\nsodium chloride (tonicity agent)\nsodium dihydrogenphosphate (buffering agent)\ndisodium hydrogenphosphate (buffering agent)\nbenzalkonium chloride (preservative)\ndisodium edetate (chelating agent)\nhydrochloric acid (pH adjuster)\nsodium hydroxide (pH adjuster)\npurified water, q.s to 100 % (vehicle)\nThe product is put up for retail sale (15 ml dropper bottle) with indications on dosage and use.\n3004 90 19\nClassification is determined by the provisions of General Rules 1 and 6 for the interpretation of the Combined Nomenclature and by the wording of CN codes 3004, 3004 90 and 3004 90 19.\nThe product is prepared and put up for therapeutic use as a lubricant and artificial tear in dry-eye and other ocular irritation syndromes.\nThe preparation is not for use as a contact lens or artificial eye solution of heading 3307.",
