  "text": "Regulation (EC) No 1622/2000 is amended as follows:\n1.. in Title II, Chapter I, the following Article 18a is added:\n‘Pouring of wine or grape must to lees or grape marc or pressed aszú pulp\nArticle 18a The pouring of wine or grape must to lees or grape marc or pressed aszú pulp, provided for in point 4(d) of Annex IV to Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999, shall be carried out as follows, in accordance with the Hungarian provisions in force on 1 May 2004:\n(a) the Tokaji fordítás shall be prepared by pouring must or wine on the pressed aszú pulp;\n(b) the Tokaji máslás shall be prepared by pouring must or wine on the lees of szamorodni or aszú.’;\n2.. Part A of Annex III is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation;\n3.. the first paragraph of Annex XII is amended as follows:\n(a) in point (a), the following sixth and seventh indents are added:\n‘the quality wines psr described by the term “pozdní sběr”,\nthe quality wine psr described by the term “neskorý zber”;’\n(b) in point (b), the following indents are added:\n‘the quality wines psr described by the terms “výběr z bobulí”, “výběr z cibéb”, “ledové víno” and “slámové víno”,\nthe quality wine psr described by the terms “bobuľový výber”, “hrozienkový výber” and “ľadový výber”;’\n(c) the following point (c) is added:\n(c) ‘350 mg/l for:\nthe quality wines psr described by the term “výběr z hroznů”,\nthe quality wines psr described by the term “výber z hrozna”;’\n4.. Annex XIII is amended as follows:\n(a) in the second subparagraph of point (b), the following indents are added:\n‘Vin de pays du Jardin de la France, except for the wines produced in the zone bearing the controlled designation of origin and in the areas planted with the variety Chenin, in the departments Maine et Loire and Indre et Loire,\nVin de pays Portes de Méditerranée,\nVin de pays des comtés rhodaniens,\nVin de pays des côtes de Thongue,\nVin de pays de la Côte Vermeille;’\n(b) point (g) is replaced by the following points (g) to (m):\n(g) ‘for wines originating in Canada:\n35 milliequivalents per litre for wines described by the words “Icewine”;\n(h) for Hungarian wines:\n25 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr:\nTokaji máslás,\nTokaji fordítás,\naszúbor,\ntöppedt szőlőből készült bor,\nTokaji szamorodni,\nkésői szüretelésű bor,\nválogatott szüretelésű bor;\n35 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr:\nTokaji aszú,\nTokaji aszúeszencia,\nTokaji eszencia;\n(i) for Czech wines:\n30 milliequivalents per litre for quality wines psr described by the words “výběr z bobulí” and “ledové víno”,\n35 milliequivalents per litre for quality wines psr described by the words “slámové víno” and “výběr z cibéb”;\n(j) for Greek wines:\n30 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr with a total alcoholic strength by volume equal or higher than 13 % vol. and a residual sugar content of at least 45 g/l:\nSamos (Σάμος),\nRhodes (Ρόδος),\nPatras (Πάτρα),\nRio Patron (Ρίο Πατρών),\nCephalonie (Κεφαλονιά),\nLimnos (Λήμνος),\nSitia (Σητεία),\nSantorini (Σαντορίνη),\nNemea (Νεμέα),\nDaphnes (Δαφνές);\n(k) for Cypriot wines:\n25 milliequivalents per litre for the quality liqueur wines psr “Κουμανδαρία” (Commandaria);\n(l) for Slovak wines:\n25 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr:\ntokajské samorodné,\n35 milliequivalents per litre for:\ntokajský výber;\n(m) for Slovenian wines:\n30 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr:\nvrhunsko vino ZGP — jagodni izbor,\nvrhunsko vino ZGP — ledeno vino;\n35 milliequivalents per litre for the following quality wines psr:\nvrhunsko vino ZGP — suhi jagodni izbor.’;\n5.. In Annex XVIII, Part B is amended as follows:\n(a) in point 1, the following is added:\n‘CYPRUS\nΚουμανδαρία (Commandaria)’;\n(b) in point 2, the following is added:\n‘CYPRUS\nΚουμανδαρία (Commandaria)’;\n(c) in point 4, the following is added:\n‘CYPRUS\nΚουμανδαρία (Commandaria)’;",
