# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1447/2004 of 13 August 2004 imposing provisional safeguard measures against imports of farmed salmon, Article 2: Developing countries

Imports of farmed salmon originating in one of the developing countries specified in Annex II shall not be subject, or allocated, to the tariff quotas.
