# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1553/2004 of 31 August 2004 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 1362/2000 as regards the opening and management of tariff quotas for certain products originating in Mexico, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Except for point 2 of the Annex, it shall apply from 1 May 2004.
Point 2 of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2005.
