Article 8 Work programme

The Commission shall ensure the implementation of the Community programme on the basis of a work programme covering the period 2004 to 2006 established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 15(2) and subject to the availability of budgetary allocations.

The actions co-financed under the Community programme shall have a maximum duration of four years.
