  "text": "Aid exempted by this Regulation shall not be cumulated with any other State aid within the meaning of Article 87(1) of the Treaty in relation to the same eligible costs, if such cumulation would result in an aid intensity or aid amount exceeding the ceilings laid down in this Regulation.",
