  "text": "The revenue of the agency shall comprise a grant awarded by the Communities and any other revenue, including assigned revenue within the meaning of Article 15.\nExpenditure shall comprise the administrative expenditure of the agency as well as, if applicable, expenditure financed by assigned revenue in accordance with the first paragraph.",
