# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1659/2004 of 22 September 2004 determining the extent to which applications lodged in September 2004 for import licences for certain pigmeat sector products under the regime provided for by Council Regulation (EC) No 774/94 opening and providing for the administration of certain Community tariff quotas for pigmeat and certain other agricultural products can be accepted, Article 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. Applications for import licences for the period 1 October to 31 December 2004 submitted pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1432/94 shall be met as referred to in the Annex.
2. Licences may only be used for products which comply with all veterinary rules currently in force in the Community.
