# Council Regulation (EC) No 1683/2004 of 24 September 2004 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of glyphosate originating in the People's Republic of China, Article 2

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

The anti-dumping duties shall be imposed for a period of five years from the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
