Article 5

Member States shall forward tenders lodged to the Commission within one-and-a-half hours of expiry of the weekly time limit for lodging them stated in the notice of invitation, using the form set out in the Annex.

If no tenders are lodged Member States shall inform the Commission accordingly by the same time as indicated in the first paragraph.

The times set for lodging tenders shall be in Belgian time.
