# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1862/2004 of 26 October 2004 laying down the marketing standard applicable to watermelons, Division IV: PROVISIONS CONCERNING TOLERANCES

Tolerances in respect of quality and size shall be allowed in each package, or in each lot for produce presented in bulk, for produce not satisfying the requirements of the class indicated.
