  "text": "(i) ‘Extra’ Class\n5 % in total by number or weight of mushrooms of the previous stage of development and of mushrooms of the next stage of development are allowed.\n(ii) Class I\n10 % in total by number or weight of mushrooms of the previous stage of development and of mushrooms of the next stage of development are allowed.\n(iii) Class II\nMushrooms of different stages of development can be mixed in each package. However, when the stage of development is indicated, a maximum of 25 % in total by number or weight of mushrooms of the previous stage of development and of mushrooms of the next stage of development are allowed.",
