Annex to the Commission Regulation of 28 October 2004 fixing the export refunds on rice and broken rice and suspending the issue of export licences

The procedure laid down in Article 8(3) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1342/2003 (OJ L 189, 29.7.2003, p. 12) applies to licences applied for under that Regulation for quantities according to the destination:

destination R01:0 t,
destinations R02 and R03:0 t,
destinations 021 and 023:0 t,
destination 066:0 t,
destination A97:0 t.

NB: The product codes and the ‘A’ series destination codes are set out in Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3846/87 (OJ L 366, 24.12.1987, p. 1) as amended.

The numeric destination codes are set out in Commission Regulation (EC) No 2081/2003 (OJ L 313, 28.11.2003, p. 11).

The other destinations are defined as follows:

R01

  • Switzerland, Liechtenstein, communes of Livigno and Campione d'Italia.

    • R02
