Article 4 Access to the additional quantity

Access to the additional quantity fixed in Article 3 shall be open to traditional operators and non-traditional operators established in the enlarged Community who meet the requirements of Article 5 or Article 6, as the case may be.

Quantities of 381 800 tonnes shall be available to traditional operators and 78 200 tonnes to non-traditional operators.
