# Commission Regulation (EC) No 1895/2004 of 29 October 2004 opening public sales of wine alcohol for use as bioethanol in the Community, Article 4

The price of the alcohol for public sale shall be EUR 22 per hectolitre of alcohol at 100 % vol.
