  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1901/2004\nof 29 October 2004\namending Regulation (EEC) No 2123/89 establishing the list of representative markets for pigmeat in the Community\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2759/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organisation of the market in pigmeat,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nCommission Regulation (EEC) No 2123/89, established the list of representative markets for pigmeat in the Community.\n(2)\nDue to the accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia to the European Union, it is necessary to establish the representative markets for these countries.\n(3)\nAnd due to changes of representative markets in several Member States, the Annex to Regulation (EEC) No 2123/89 should be replaced.\n(4)\nThe measures provided for in this Regulation are in accordance with the opinion of the Management Committee for Pigmeat,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
