  "text": "Commission Regulation (EC) No 1970/2004\nof 16 November 2004\nadapting Regulation (EEC) No 3515/92 laying down common detailed rules for the application of Council Regulation (EEC) No 1055/77 on the storage and movement of products bought in by an intervention agency by reason of the accession to the European Union of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia\nTHE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES,\nHaving regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community,\nHaving regard to the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia,\nHaving regard to the Act of Accession of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia, and in particular Article 57(2) thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nIn view of the accession to the Community of the Czech Republic, Estonia, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Malta, Poland, Slovenia and Slovakia (hereinafter ‘the new Member States’), Commission Regulation (EEC) No 3515/92 should be adapted and provision should be made for certain indications in the languages of the new Member States.\n(2)\nRegulation (EEC) No 3515/92 should therefore be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION:",
